What it means to LEED<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text]

<\/div>[vc_column_text]The Taku building is extremely proud to be the first LEED certified building in the Yukon. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the most widely used green building rating system in the world. It provides independent verification that a building\u2019s design, construction, operations and ongoing maintenance are resource-efficient, high-performing, healthy and cost effective.<\/p>\n

LEED certification means a healthier, more productive work place, and reduced stress on the environment by encouraging energy and resource efficiency.[\/vc_column_text]
